Thank you for shopping with whoreable. We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label has been created.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, whoreable is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.

Split Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately depending on inventory availability or fulfillment location.
