What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and approved. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Regular-priced items are not final sale and may be returned within the 30-day window if they meet the eligibility requirements.
When will I get my order?
You should receive your order within 4–10 business days in the United States, 8–15 business days in Canada, and 11–30 business days internationally, including the 1–5 business day processing time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, or high order volume.
How much does shipping cost?
